This very idea is developed by Lifeline Pharma to address the threat to the environment and human kind because of improper handling and treating of Biomedical and Sanitary waste. Lifeline Pharma created and introduced STERINCI® 10 to the world to tackle such grave issues.

STERINCI® 10 is a combo unit to treat biomedical waste with the integrated shredder, steam sterilizer and incinerator. It comes with a filter system for biomedical & sanitary waste that absorbs the harmful gases released during the process of waste treatment.

STERINCI® 10 does not require several different apparatus such as a separate shredder, conveyor belt and incinerator along with a sterilizer for the biomedical solid waste management system. It can be implemented as a single compact unit. The end-user has to simply install a single compact unit to treat hazardous biomedical and sanitary waste instead of installing several separate apparatus. The end-user can also monitor input on a user-interface of the system.

All the functions of the STERINCI® 10 system are fully automated and do not require human intervention during the entire process of sterilization and incineration. Thus, STERINCI®10 is extremely environment and human-friendly. Moreover, the auto feeder mechanism of the incinerator ensures complete safety to the operator of the system. The double chamber incinerator of the disclosed biomedical waste management system operates in accordance with the designed norms, by the Stockholm Convention and WHO (World Health Organization).

Shredder Chamber of STERINCI® 10 shreds the biomedical solid wastes into smaller parts. This shredding of the biomedical waste is a stage just before the sterilization of the biomedical wastes. Shredding is done before sterilization to ensure steam reaches to the core of shredded waste particles for better disinfection.STERINCI® 10 sterilizes the biomedical waste before disposing it off into the environment. Sterilization of biomedical waste is achieved by exposing all portions of the waste to temperature and pressure for a time sufficient to kill bacteria, viruses, parasites and heat-resistant spores. The system also records data relating to each processing cycle.
